The House of the Future will offer
quite a few modifications from the house of the present*.
Note the excessive width of the
hallways in the House of the Future. These hallways were designed to
accommodate wheelchairs, Hoverounds, and Gay Pride parades.
This sample floorplan includes a
single bedroom. Such a design detracts overnight guests by ensuring
that only one person/couple is sleep-enabled at one time, and does
not have to face the prying eyes of anyone else; the House of the
Future discourages casting judgment on others. Please note that the
term "Master Bedroom" is merely an architectural
convention, and does not at all imply any kind of in-house
racial/gender hierarchy.
*So that everyone feels welcome in
the House of the Future, it is vital to offer a variety of
designated bathrooms. Here is a list of restrooms that every House
of the Future should have in order to avoid offending guests.
