Classic Beck: Day 3
February 16, 2001
Overview:
February 16, 2001. If anyone believes
that Glenn Beck is not consistent in his views, you need to hear
this broadcast. You could easily change the year of this broadcast
from 2001 to 2002 and it would still be relevant. Hear Glenn discuss
the Middle East, dependency on foreign oil and why we need to take
out Saddam Hussein and Osama bin Laden. Note, this is February of
2001. And there is a special bonus in this episode for all of those
that say Glenn is always ripping off Phil Hendrie.

Classic Beck: Day 1
March 9, 2001
Overview:
March 9, 2001 was supposed to be a big
day for science. Glenn Beck had worked for weeks on developing a
safe way to launch a “Gerbil” through a bank tube. However due to
circumstances beyond his control, Glenn was told at the last moment
that he would not be allowed to perform the stunt. This was to be an
actual event however it had to be scrapped. In addition to having to
scrap the launch, Glenn was told to keep everything related to the
“Gerbil” event to a 10 minute window. Needless to say, Glenn was in
a “mood”. Tune in to hear what happens, and hear the entire –
“Behind the Glenn Beck Program”.
Show Recap:
Hour 1: Glenn is obviously aggravated at having the launch
canceled since it was due to fill the first 2 hours of his show.
Forced to change his lineup Glenn settles on the topic, “People we
would like to beat over the head with a shovel”. Also included in
this hour is a flashback to Election 2000, and a Revised Scholastic
Film about “The Truth Behind IBM”.
Hour 2: Glenn launches the “Bank Tube Astronaut” in this
hour. Unfortunately it doesn’t go very well, you’ll need to hear
what happens for yourself. Also in this hour: Glenn gets himself
pumped up to visit the Artwalk in Saint Petersburg, FL and Stu and
Glenn talk over the upcoming Schulb Club.
See the Gerbil Countdown Page here!
Hour 3: You’re not a serious “Sick Freak” unless you know
what the Schulb Club is. On this show Glenn discusses who’s
responsible for the wild fires that have broken out in Central
Florida.
Hour 4: That’s right, back when Glenn was on in Tampa in the
afternoon he was on for 4 hours. Glenn goes over the news of the
day, reads some Hatemail and takes a trip through his ‘Time Portal’.
