I'm having problems connecting to the webcam,
I only get audio or the video skips badly.
At the current time you need to have a high speed
connection (DSL, Cable Modem, T1, etc) to take advantage of the
Glenn Beck 'Freak Cam'. Additionally it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
that you the latest version of
Windows Media Player if you're using the Media Player feed.
This seems to solve many of the problems people report.

I'm hearing commercials on the webcam.
When you watch the show on the webcam, you are getting the feed
directly from the Glenn Beck Studios, without going through any
further processing. Because of this you will hear the network
commercials that are masked when you listen to our 'Listen
Live Audio Stream'. This only effects the time during the
network commercials, you still get all the Insider content that you
have grown to love that occurs during the local commercial breaks
(about 12 minutes of additional programming per hour).

How do I watch the webcam, what does 'Real'
and 'Windows Media Player' refer to?
If you're unsure which webcam stream to choose (Windows Media
Player or Real) and you're on a PC, try the Windows Media Player stream first. If
you're on a Macintosh you will need to install either
Real One
(formerly Real Player) or
Windows Media Player.

Is the webcam available everyday?
The webcam is available most of
the time when Glenn Beck is in his home studio. However the webcam
is unavailable when Glenn Beck broadcasts from remote facilities.

What is that artwork behind Glenn?
The Glenn beck Studios contain original artwork from
Glenn's favorite artist:
Paula Hawkins of Bradenton,
Florida. The painting behind Glenn represents Wisdom and
Genius, it shows him with a compass as he begins to
scribe the universe. The caption under the figure reads:
Wisdom and Knowledge Shall be the Stability of Thy
Times. The original can be found in stone relief over
the main entrance of 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York
City.

Come on, I want it for FREE!!!! I read an
email that said when Al Gore invented the internet he said
everything would be FREE!!!! Now give it to me NOW, it's my RIGHT as
an American!!!
Yes, that looks like a stupid thing to
put in our FAQ section, however you wouldn't believe how many emails
we get that basically sound like that. It costs many thousands of
dollars each month to run the Insider and the Glenn Beck website.
The Glenn Beck website isn't a welfare program, we can't give away
our product for free. Some might ask why we don't just add
advertisements to the website and the audio/video streams, if you're
one of those that asks this question I recommend you do some
research on how and why the whole .COM thing self destructed back in
2000.
