Yesterday Glenn brought you the
story from Washington Times
reporter Sara Carter about how
terrorists were plotting to
attack an Army base in Arizona.
The story Carter reported did
happen but government sources
later said the threat was not
credible. Glenn says that it's
irrelevant if the plot actually
happened because something like
that (if this isn't true) is
going to happen, it's just a
matter of time. The real
question is about your gut. Who
do you believe? Glenn says the
answer shows the growing
disenfranchisement Americans
have towards our government.

Glenn, like every other human
being out there, is for curing
all forms of cancer. What Glenn
isn't for is the airline
stewardess asking not once...not
twice...but three times for
donations to a breast cancer
fund mid flight. Actually, even
asking three times would have
been tolerable --- but it was
the lecture the stewardess gave
trying to guilt everyone into
giving money that was a bit over
the top. Is that the way to
rally people behind a cause, by
peer pressuring them into it?
